Mark Fraser-Betts Gallery Opening
Join us at Art in Common for the opening of Mark Fraser-Betts’ gallery show. Mark painted collages examine themes of time, distance and meditations of an outsider living in America.

Eric Chandler Gallery Opening
Join us at Art in Common for the opening of Eric Chandler’s gallery show. Eric Chandler is a Connecticut based artist. Eric expresses himself through many mediums including clay, watercolor, paint, wood, and even skin. Eric‘s work was showcased in the Danbury Fair Mural Project, where he created a 5’ x 6’ piece and delivered an engaging artist talk.
Matthew Franz Gallery Opening
Matthew Franz will be showing his work at the Art in Common Gallery. Matthew is an artist concentrating on Geometric Art, Geometric Abstract, Colorfield and Hard Edge Painting. The opening reception will be held at Art in Common at the Meetinghouse, 602 Ridgebury Road, Ridgefield CT from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served.

Fall Kickoff 2023
Join us for an event to kickoff our Fall Workshops. We will be making cards using Mixed Media Techniques with paint, collage, markers, and much more. NO experience necessary. We will provide all materials. (Donations are welcome.) When you are finished, you can choose to take your card home with you, or you can send a note to someone who needs to hear a kind word. We will have some organizations where you can send your card or send it to someone on your own.
There will be tables set up so you can see what classes we will be offering from September through December.
We will also be raffling off a fabulous artist’s bag filled with many wonderful art supplies to get you started on your art journey, or add to you artist’s stash.
